Key Construction Services is devoted to maintaining a workplace free from hazards which could cause physical harm to anyone. Prevention of occupationally related injuries and illnesses is the responsibility of every KCS employee. All employees are expected to report unsafe of hazardous working conditions immediately to their supervisors. All employees are to abide by KCS's internal safety program as well as OSHA compliance. In addition to our standard safety protocols, KCS strives to keep up with changes in the construction industry. Key Construction Services, LLC, consistently provides supplemental training in areas including lead safety and hazardous materials handling.

EXPERIENCE MODIFICATION RATE.

The Experience Modification Rate (EMR) is a number used by insurance companies to gauge future chances of risk based on past cost of incidents. A lower EMR means a better overall safety record and lower worker compensation insurance premiums. An EMR of 1.0 is considered the industry average. Our commitment to safety has allowed us to operate with an extremely low incidence of accidents and injuries. For this reason, our company has consistently kept below the average, with a current EMR of 0.81.
